Inspired by two classics: Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy, here comes L'Abbaye des Morts, an exciting platform game with a retro-style, in which you'll travel to the south of France.

The story of L'Abbaye des Morts puts you right in the thirteenth century, a time when the Cathars, who preached Christ's human poverty and life without material aspirations, are pursued by the Catholic Crusaders. Jean Raymond finds an old church where he decides to hide for his life, but doesn't know what's that there, because under its ruins lies an ancient evil.

Maybe L'Abbaye des Morts doesn't draw attention because it doesn't contain graphic art, but if you can be assured that, under a style close to the ZX Spectrum, with black backgrounds and bright colours, hides a fantastic piece of art that's also inspired by real places.
